THE HOUSING FUND OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
• Established in 1991 with the Housing Act
• In 2001 re-structured into a public real-estate and financial management fund
• Since 2008 as public fund
• Fund’s Authorities are Director and the Supervisory Board appointed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia

• Market activities are financed from Fund’s own resources and not from the budget of the Republic of Slovenia
• Fund is indirect user of state budget only in part of ensuring non-profit making rental apartments (in period 2000-2007 received only 17,7 % of all assets from the recapitalization by NHP)
• Only 35 employees
