Alexander Tuan Rose, M.D., F.A.C.S, is a staff surgeon and the interim trauma medical director for Orange Park Surgical Associates. Born in Danang, Vietnam, Dr. Rose moved to the U.S. in 1975. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. His advanced training included a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville and he is Board Certified in General Surgery and Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery.

Diane H. Rhoden, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a native Floridian, growing up in Ocala. She participated in the University of Miami Honors Program in Medical Education, graduating with her Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Rhoden specializes in general surgery and minimally-invasive surgery.

Courtney Collard, PA-C, is a Native Floridian who is a graduate of the University of South Florida. While attending USF, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and minored in both Physics in Biology and Medicine and Public Health. After USF, Collard attended the University of Florida where she completed her Master’s program in physician assistant studies. Before moving to Jacksonville, Collard worked in Endocrinology at the University of Florida.

Michael Gilligan, M.D., F.A.C.S., a native of Bronxville, New York, has been serving Clay County for over 26 years. Dr. Gilligan completed his Doctorate of Medicine degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in the West Indies, and his general surgery internship and residency at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, CT.
