Support ServicesCLC SOFTWARE REQUEST PROCESS• Starts after middle of semester• When requesting software, remember:– Your name– Your department– Software titles and versions– Desired CLC locations– Courses that will be using software

Support ServicesCLC SOFTWARE REQUEST PROCESS• Software MUST meet the following criteria:– If it needs to “check out” a license, then it must be

license managed by the license server– The software meets campus security standards– The software has been determined through

testing that it does not interfere with other software packages installed on the same machine
