Venue fee includes 8-hour rental period that is to include setup, event time, and cleanup. Gratuitynot included. Event staff is on-site for duration of event. Eureka provides in-house chairs however we suggest upgrading to our padded folding chairs for longer events. 

Please note: We offer half day rates for events lasting less than 4 hours. Setup and clean up are to be limited to a half hour each. Additional hours are $100 per hour for up to 6 total hours.

Rentals + Event Setup We take care of all necessary event setup as it pertains to chairs, tables, & linens etc. A custom quote will be provided to you based on your setup needs included with our site fee unless otherwise listed in venue room fee information. We typically will do setup of rentals before venue access is to start and, therefore, do not allow for clients to be on-site during setup. 

Catering We do not allow for outside caterers unless our on-site cafe, Euro Caffe, uses their right of refusal. They can accommodate your standard Continental Breakfast, Corporate-style lunch (pricing at request), or for evening occasions heavy to light tray- passed appetizers and bar services.   Sound We provide all necessary AV equipment for a standard corporate fee.  We allow for a complimentary 1-hour presentation and sound check that must happen at least 1 week prior to your event. Outside AV vendors are allowed as long as our in-house equipment is not being used. We still recommend a site visit in advance by your vendor prior to your event to ensure quality.
