Experience:

7 year in BASF the chemical company ;

I have been working in BASF the chemical company Pakistan Private Ltd since January 2008 in (Production and EHS Dept.) controlling and handling the process of chemical manufacturing water base (textile, leather), UPR and pigments.

Reporting to production in charge my Duties were:

• Obtain and keeps abreast with reasonable knowledge of process, perform various test of products in the laboratory etc.• Make entries into the Batch Card/Log Book for all parameters after constant intervals.• Inform the Supervisor preferable in advance or take corrective/preventive measures if any deviation is found is found in the process or abnormality in the status of delivery• Handling the emergencies, safe startup and shut down and normal operations.

Well Control Over the Following Process

• Dispersion/Water Base• Unsaturated Polyester Resins Process• Auxiliaries Process and textile pigments.• Command over PLC and DCS compatible System.• Command over P&ID’S & PFD’S

Plant controlling:

Experienced in controlling the process of chemical manufacturing from raw material inspection to finish good filtration, leading and supervising a group of peoples to ensure the completion of every given task. Field and control room both.

EHS Department:

Experienced in Practically implementing the rules of ISO in field and areas under supervision, safe execution of process on plant as under safety procedures, practically being part of fire fighting team and performing fire fighting drills, being part of first aid team as well.

Reactor operating: Experienced in controlling chemical reactor for polymerization of monomers manufacturing different chemicals with keen observation different reaction parameters.

Field operations:

Experienced in controlling the process with in the field taking all measures operation, control and maintenance with co ordination of engineering depart.

Water treatment:

Experienced in controlling the process of treatment of wastewater with primary treatment and secondary treatment, chemically and bio logically both.

Quality control and product testing:

Having experience in testing in process products using instruments according to prescribed procedure.

Experience of Batch Processing including (Dispersion, Auxiliaries and unsaturated polymer resin) and to lead the whole shift to obtain the desired production target.

Having sound knowledge of atomized applications involved in process handling, including daily troubleshooting and plant maintenance, to inspect and control daily production activities with ISO Standards.

Three months training in Quality Control department.

Working experience of PLC System. Working experience of Waste Water Treatment by Primary & Secondary (Bio-Treatment).

Primary Knowledge of start-up and shutdown of plant.

Aware of ISO Systems (EHS & OHSAS) and IOSH certified
