On the very first day, "D-Day",when we entered the high school, we had tofind our class and then, we went in our roomwith our headteacher. We talked about rulesin this high school. Then , we discovered thehigh school rooms . We visited the nurserytoo. We were a bit afraid of getting lost in thatplace : such an uncommon architecture !!

Our first feelings and meetings withothers (professor, students ...)

When we saw the Big high school far awayWe were amazed because it's a very bigestablishment. And when we came in thishigh school we saw so many people . Wemet our class and it was so strange becausewe did not know one another . We met ourhead teacher. too : she is also one of ourEnglish teachers.

"Dring...Time to Go Back toSchool, guys."

Holidays are over now and It is time togo back to school. I'm a little tired but Iwas always happy to see my friends. Itwas very hot, so I could not focus toomuch on classes, I was thinking moreabout the river, the sea, the pool that Iwent on vacation. But arrived in firstclass STMG I knew I had toconcentrate myself more than lastyear. Besides French baccalaureatewaiting for me at the end of the year.In addition to other topics today, wehave the management of theorganization, management, economicsand law. This subject requires a lot ofstaff work and the course must be welllearned and done exercises. At first Iwas a bit lost, but I adapted myself. Ifind these topics well because I learnmore

vocabulary and the functioning ofsociety. I am very happy because wehave a good social climate in theclassroom, but sometimes studentstend to scatter a little. But that to succeed you have to workmore. But the other thing that pushesme back in high school is to go back tosee my wife .. Lol ;)

The first that I see when Igo on hollidays. And Ialready feel tired up in me.

What School do you prefer ?PUBLIC AND PRIVATEÉDUCATION IN AUSTRALIA

Primary/Secondary Edit

At primary and secondary level, government schools educate abouthalf of students. The major part oftheir costs is met by the relevantState or Territory government.[1]Private schools, both religious orsecular (the latter often withspecialisations), may charge higherfees. Regardless of whether aschool is government or private, it isregulated by the same curriculumstandards framework. Most schools, government and private, enforce auniform or dress code, althoughthere are varying expectations.

Tertiary Edit

As of 2006, there are 36 public, 2Catholic and 1 non-profit Private

universities in Australia. Admissions byAustralian citizens to public and

Catholic universities in Australia arebased on the prospective student's

academic achievement. Admission tothe private university, Bond University,is dependent on a student’s ability topay tuition fees as well as academic

achievement and "one on one"interviews with admission officers (theonly university in Australasia to do thisfor all students). Melbourne University

Private was a whole universitydeveloped and owned by a public

university to operate under this model.

Education in Australia canbe classified according tosources of funding andadministrative structures. There are two broadcategories of school inAustralia: public schools(also known asgovernment or stateschools) and privateschools, which can befurther subdivided intoCatholic schools andindependent schools.

State Schools in England

State education includes basic education, from kindergarten to twelfth grade. It is also

referred to as primary and secondaryeducation, as well as post-secondary

educational institutions such as universities, colleges, and technical schools funded andoverseen by government rather than private

entities.

State education is generally available to all.In most countries, it is compulsory for

children to attend school up to a certain age,but the option of attending private school is

open to many. In the case of privateschooling, schools operate independently ofthe state and generally defray their costs (or

even make a profit) by charging parentstuition fees.

The funding for state schools,on the other hand, is providedby tax revenues, so that evenindividuals who do not attendschool (or whose dependentsdo not attend school) help to

ensure that society is educated. In poverty stricken societies, authorities are often lax on

compulsory school attendancebecause child labour is

exploited. It is these samechildren whose income-

securing labour cannot beforfeited to allow for school

attendance.

APRIL FOOL'S

(by Pash and Nelly)

April Fools' Day, sometimes called All Fools'Day, is one of the most light-hearted days ofthe year. Its origins are uncertain. Some seeit as a celebration related to the turn of theseasons, while others believe it stems fromthe adoption of a new calendar. An April foolis a joke, even a hoax That we make on April 1st (fools day).

It is as of custom to make hoaxes in themedia, as in the press, on the radio or ontelevision breaking the news whichsomething unusual and extraordinary. Atschool, on this occasion, it consist in hanging(colliding) a fish made of paper in the back ofpeople whom we want to laugh at. “AprilFool!” is the typical phrase we use whilesaying one of the jokes !

Jokes (stuffings) or satires have alwaysexisted since Antiquity and the middle Ages.

It is worth noting that manydifferent cultures have had daysof foolishness aroundthe beginning of April.... TheRomans had a festival namedHilaria on March 25, rejoicing inthe resurrection of Attis. TheHindu calendar has Holi, andthe Jewish calendar has Purim.

Perhaps there's somethingabout the time of year, with itsturn from winter to spring, thatlends itself to lightheartcelebrations

The Legend of Sineweny

Myths and Heroes

The story that you are about to read is alegend that my father told me, a legend well-known in the District of Wetr. Welcome intoLifou's legendary world.

Long time ago in the District of Wetr, Cannibalism waspresent. The Chief's favorite food was fresh flesh. But at the time, there was a man and warrior named Sineweny whowas against this practice which consisted in killing people to befed. This warrior always used to rebel against the Chied.Thechief of the District was unhappy with this warrior, he thereforedecided to call for its people to evict Sineweny from the tribe.Just after, Sinewy went to visit an old wise woman from Thaciltribe in order to bring his help and care but above all to look forblessings. The old wise woman gave three blessings to thewarrior. The first blessing was given to the warrior was the abilityto pierce the Sun.The second blessing given was the ability toslide as fast as a snake. With the last blessing, Sineweny wasprotected against the willingness of the chief and his people tocook the warrior in big furnaces. After visiting this grandmother, he went to the Chief of theDistrict of Wetr where he killed the Chief's son. This is how thefirst blessing operated .He then ran away but the Chief got toknow where he was hiding so the warrior ran away to theDistrict of LÖssi. The story was spread everywhere on theisland and Sineweny was wanted dead or alive.Sineweny washiding during the day and went out only during the night-time.One day , a couple saw him and recognized him and he gotarrested. The husband gave a weapon to his wife to killSineweny but the latter managed to slid away and this how thesecond blessing operated.Sineweny went away on the plateaunamed Alo.He passed by the entrance of the Chief 's camp, thevigilantes heard some noises and one of the vigilantes threw hisspear in the direction of Sineweny whose foot was hurt.Herushed away in the forest. This is how the third blessingoperated leaving the warrior safe and sound away from thefurnaces.

The player's mission is to restore order byinvestigating the source of a virus. Thegameplay is similar to other third-person-shooters, in which player character can carrythree weapons, and explosives like stickybombs and smart mines to fight againstenemies. Players may take cover behindobjects during firefights to avoid takingdamage from enemies, and to give them atactical advantage when attacking. As thegame is set in a third-person perspective, thecharacter model is visible.
