As the fourth person hired at this technology start-up, developing a ground breaking Voice over Internet Pro-tocol (VoIP) product, I worked closely with the company founders, Java development team, and sales and market-ing. While mainly responsible for product documentation, marketing collateral, online training tools, and external web site, I was also involved with sales consulting, funding pre-sentations and demos, and customer and internal training. Spun out of Pacific Bell (and eventually acquired by VodaPhone), AirTouch created wireless telephone networks all over the world. I was responsible for publication design and the content of government applications, dozens of volumes of technical and business plans and projections in several languages. I also developed branding and marketing materials, and was involved in scheduling, budgeting, staffing and hiring for these projects. I worked in-country on several projects, in-cluding Poland, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the Netherlands.
