All of our architectural woodcarvings are manufactured in poplar, hard maple, red oak, cherry (premium charge) and alder using the finest Northeastern domestic hardwoods. Special woods – black walnut, mahogany, and white oak are also available (lead time and premium charge may apply). Please note: we buy only FAS select lumber. We carefully reselect for the clearest color and grain match. However, the following variations will occasionally occur: Wood blocks show typical glue joints and color variation. Visible mineral stain as shown, and color variation are natural occurrences. When ordering, please specify if clear staining, so efforts can be made to minimize natural color variation and mineral stain.
