1 95 and 101 State Street 95 State Interior fit out is underway along with exterior façade work.

2 Hotel The following activities are ongoing: Above ground storm piping, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEPs), exterior framing/backup wall, interior framing lay out, interior framing, and façade installation.

3 Casino The following activities are ongoing: Above ground storm piping, exterior framing/backup wall, MEPs, roofing, interior framing/sheet rock, and fire protection.

4 Da Vinci Park No work anticipated

5 Dave's Furniture No work anticipated

6 Armory Exterior masonry work and interior demolition are ongoing.

7 Plaza No work anticipated

9 Entertainment The following activities are ongoing: exterior framing/backup wall, MEPs, interior framing, and roofing.

10 Parking Garage The following activities are ongoing: Above ground MEP installation, waterproofing and caulking, painting and line striping, installation of storefront, and elevator construction.

11 Support Area Installation of glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) cornice.

12 MGM Way GRFC Façade installation is underway. Thin brick installation is anticipated to begin the week of September 25th. Receiving deliveries and staging of material/equipment.

STREET WORK

State Street No work anticipated

Main StreetReflectorized drums will intermittently be placed in the south bound lane to shift traffic from 6am-6pm Monday through Friday to allow for the unloading of certain materials onto the construction site. The barrels will be moved out of the road at the end of each day to allow parking during non-working hours. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times and two police details will be present. This traffic shift is currently underway.

Union Street

Utility work is underway and will continue into October at the intersections of Union, Howard West, and Bliss Street with East Columbus Ave. During this work, Union Street will be closed to through traffic from Main Street to East Columbus Avenue. Access to Pride Gas Station, the Colvest Building, and 55 State Street will be maintained at all times. Signage will be in place to direct patrons to business’ on Main Street via State Street and to provide updates and direction for drivers in the area.

East Columbus Ave will be open to through traffic throughout the project. At times, lanes will need to be reduced to accommodate utility crossings at the intersections. Police details will be present throughout the summer to help traffic flow as efficiently as possible.

East Columbus Avenue Work is underway to repair/replace portions of water main piping. A police detail is anticipated.

Bliss Street Work is underway to repair/replace portions of water main piping. A police detail is anticipated.

Howard Street Turn Around No work anticipated

Howard Street Work is underway to repair/replace portions of water main piping. A police detail is anticipated.

DURING THIS WORK, UNION STREET WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC FROM MAIN STREET TO EAST COLUMBUS AVENUE. ACCESS TO PRIDE GAS STATION, THE COLVEST BUILDING, AND 55 STATE STREET WILL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES. EAST COLUMBUS AVE WILL BE OPEN TO THROUGH TRAFFIC THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. AT TIMES, LANES WILL NEED TO BE REDUCED TO ACCOMMODATE UTILITY CROSSINGS AT THE INTERSECTIONS. POLICE DETAILS WILL BE PRESENT TO HELP TRAFFIC FLOW AS EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
