What Does Inflammation Really Mean?

• A physical condition in which a part of the body can be painful, swollen, reddened, hot, from an infection or injury.

• Eating 4 cups of watermelon lead to inflammation in the body from consuming too much sugar from foods.

• In the end sugar creates inflammation in the body!
