Facebook: Set up a lists focused on social networking and interaction.
* New on Facebook is the “new” fan page and ability to see the feed of just the businesses etc that the fan page has liked.
Twitter: Lists – you can manage these on the twitter site or via dashboards like hootsuite or tweetdeck (I use hootsuite)
Linkedin – No real way to filter the update feed by a list
You just need to scan the feed for posts to react to
