ISAD e.V. - das ist der Interessenverband der Short Range Device (SRD) Anwender Deutschland e.V. - eine Vereinigung klein- und mittelständischer Unternehmen aus dem Bereich des SRD Funk, deren Ziel und Aufgabe es seit über 17 Jahren ist, aktuelle und zukünftige Nutzungen von SRD Frequenz-spektren und -bändern zu bewahren sowie deren Standardisierung und Harmonisierung zu sichern und sorgfältig zu ergänzen. Um diese Aufgaben effektiv und effizient zu gestalten arbeiten wir als Verband mit allen wichtigen nationalen und internatioalnalen Einrichtungen und Gremien im Bereich Funk zusammen.

Wir setzen uns aktiv für die Interessen der deutschen SRD Anwender in Organisationen wie der Europäischen Kommission, ETSI, DKE und Bundesnetzagentur ein, um gemeinsam auch zukünftige Entwicklungen und Standards in den entsprechenden - und auch neuen - Funkspektren aktiv mitzugestalten und -zubestimmen. Unseren Erfolg verdanken wir unseren mittlerweile über 50 Mitgliedern sowie dem regelmäßigen und effizienten Austausch in Meetings (InHouse und Extern), auf Messen wie der Electronica und Embedded World und via digitaler Vernetzung.

The ISAD e.V. - German Association of Short Range Device (SRD) Users - is a union of small and medium sized Businesses of the SRD Sector that has been following its goal of preserving current and future Use of SRD radio frequency spectra and bands as well as protecting and carefully complemen-ting their Standardization and Harmonisation processes for over 17 years now.To achieve our goals in a highly effective and efficient way we are working together with all crucial organisations and commitees regarding radio com-munication on national and international level.

On a daily basis we campaign for the interests of all german SRD user in institutions like the EC, ETSI, DKE and the Federal Network Agency NFA to mutually shape and actively take part in the development of future radio spectra and EN standards regarding SRD radio frequencies.

Our success is owed to our over 50 members as well as the constant and efficient exchange of information via meetings (InHouse / Externally), expos like Electronica and Embedded World and digital networking.
