OBJECTIVES. PARK ACTIONS The project aims to reconnect places and communities. We want to build on the strengths of the park system, trans- form perceptions of the areas, encourage positive change and stimulate investment. We want to celebrate the park system and boulevard and reveal its social, cultural and urban richness by enhancing historic buildings and spaces, and supporting active social projects and events.
