A] Current business status overview:

See your status…

On logging in with your username and password to your account it displays the basic statistics of your business-

1. Cycle Wise Turnover Target:a) To be able to view the target completion and balance

figure you need to tap on Set Cycle wise Target to enter the target periodically at the beginning of every business cycle.

b) Details of the current cycle: Target of the cycle - Achieved figure - Balance figure.

c) You can see your Last Cycle Payout, Leg wise T.O. & Repurchase T.O. by tapping on My Account Page link provided below.

2. Club Netsurf Status:a) Target displayed along with your achievements- both leg

wise and repurchase wise- for your quick review.b) You can take an overview of your earlier cycle wise Phase

achievements of Club Netsurf Targets by tapping on the Details link mentioned below.

A] Current business status overview:

3. Daily Calling Target:a) Once you have entered your cycle wise turnover target,

your daily calling target will be automatically calculated and displayed here for every cycle. It will be based on your club level and the cycle of the year.

b) You can add the details of the calls made by tapping on Enter Details link provided below.

B] Add a new distributorCheck your downline status andadd new distributor in your network…

1. To add a new distributor, you can tap on the first Icon, present on extreme left positioned on the upper bar of landing page.

2. You can now see a display of your entire tree of network. Every reference no. is shown in a thumbnail pattern in the tree.

3. To see the status of both legs of any individual distributor in the tree, you can tap on the reference no. in any of the thumbnails and you get all the details of that distributor displayed on your screen.

B] Add a new distributor

4. The details include the distributor’s basic information along with the carry forward balance for you. The carry forward balance for you can denote if the person belongs to the power leg of yours.

5. Going back after selecting the right reference no. where in you would like to add your new joinee, you can tap on the thumbnail (mentioning add here) itself. It leads you to another page displaying the Online Registration Form.

6. You can enter the details like your login details, Personal details & address of the new joinee and submit post accepting the terms & conditions. This completes the process of introducing a new Independent Distributor to the business.

C] Cycle Comparison

Compare your last cycle and current cycle performance…

1. To view the cycle wise comparison, tap on the second icon, depicting ‘Rs’ symbol, present next to the ‘add new distributor’ icon.

2. It displays a comparison between current and last cycle in both receipt count and T.O. basis.

D] Online Product Shopping:

Shop all the products on your mobile phone…

1. Product Selection: You can choose your products across all 4 categories. Tap on Place my order Proceed to proceed for shipping details.

2. Shipping: Select from your previous addresses or enter a new address for dispatch. Once done, on Go to Order Confirmation

3. Order Confirmation: You can review your order and confirm it. There is an option of editing, if needed. You can also redeem your promo code here (if any). Once done, tap on Go to Payment

4. Payment: Make your payment via Net Banking facility of IDBI bank and this completes your online order.

Shop for your choice of Netsurf products online by tapping on third icon from the left present next to the ‘Cycle Comparison’ icon. It will collect inputs from you in below four steps-

1. The Area Comparison Section opens and shows following details about your region or multiple regions in current cycle-

a) Cycle wise minimum targetb) Total Turnover till datec) Regular Turnover till dated) Repurchase Turnover till date

2. Another Region wise Club Netsurf section displays all 16 regions with number of achievers and probable achievers.

a) If you tap on any one region from the list of 16 regions, you come across the list of achievers with the details of their turnover and self-repurchase along with their contact number.

b) You can make a call to the respective distributors in the list by tapping on the cell number displayed, right through the app- without having to enter the number in your phone book.

F] Media LibrarySee, download and share all the latest offer banners,videos & photos of all the Netsurf events.

Tapping on the Media Library icon, present in middle of bottom band you can see the current offers & discounts, videos and photos from various Netsurf events.

1. Offer/Schemes: You can download each offer banner for your own reference by tapping on the download symbol present at the bottom of every banner or you can share it via various applications like WhatsApp and Facebook by tapping on the sharing icon.

2. Videos: You can download these views for offline display purpose and sharing. They can be downloaded and shared in the similar way mentioned above. Also, you can rate those videos with up to 5 stars.

3. Photos: You can view different event albums here with one of their photos displayed. All the photos in that album can be seen in thumbnail view at once by tapping on ‘view all’ option. Also similarly they can be downloaded and shared with others like videos and offer/schemes.

G] Business Analytics:

Analyze your business & get suggestionsto achieve the forecasted turnover.

1. Leg wise Turnover of the current phase and the same for all the phases till date.

2. A forecast of how much turnover can be achieved in the coming Phase.

3. You also get a customized data in 6 different ways that can be effectively used to achieve the Forecasted Turnover, like-

a) Status Upgrade: List of probable distributors who can upgrade their status. Details are present with the list of all those distributors, their ref numbers, name, contact details and region.

Tapping on the Business Analytics icon which is present next to Media Library icon you can refer to various analytics done for your own business-

G] Business Analytics:

b) Missed: List of distributors who missed out on last payout cheque. Details are present with their similar details.

c) Repurchase: List of the distributors who can repurchase. Details are present with their similar details.

d) CNRI Achievers: List of probable CNRI achiever and their details.

e) Club Netsurf Plus Achievers: List of probable club netsurf plus achievers and their details.

4. You can make a call to the respective distributors in the above mentioned lists by tapping on the cell number displayed, right through the app- without having to enter the number in your phone book.

H] Guest List:Categorize your phone book contacts and make important group announcements through the app.

• Hot Contacts: People who have high chances of joining the business as they have shown high interest in it.

• Warm Contacts: These people can join the business if they find our products useful and satisfactory in terms of their requirements.

• Cold Contacts: These people may great efforts and convincing to join the business. You may need your up line (senior) to join you while discussing the business with these prospects.

The “Guest List” section assists you in making lists of the prospectus of your business and broadcasting messages to relevant prospects. You can now categorize the contacts in your phone in 3 broad categories based on the level of difficulty in converting them into Netsurf distributors, viz. Hot Contacts, Warm Contacts & Cold Contacts.

H] Guest List:

1. After tapping on the Start Categorizing option you come across the contact list in your phone.

2. After selecting any of the contacts, you are navigated to a new screen where in you can categorize that particular contact in the above mentioned categories.

3. Further in every category there are following options (with abbreviations) to be selected based on the interest areas of that prospectus i.e. Health Care (HC), Personal Care (PC), Agriculture (AG), Home Care (HO) & Business (BZ). Multiple options can be selected.

4. You can also provide the location input by tapping on Select City option at the bottom of the screen. It will lead you to Google Maps page where you can enter the area name of the contact.

H] Guest List:

5. Post completion, you can see a single contact on your screen and browse through swiping left or right or you can go back to the entire contact list view. In the list view you can find the category abbreviations for your quick reference.

6. This app offers a feature of broadcasting a message by tapping on Broadcast Message present on the top of the screen.

7. You will find all possible combinations of the categories on the screen. You can select any one, eg. You can select Hot Agriculture category to broadcast a message (SMS) mentioning a new Biofit product launch to all the prospects who are categorized as Hot Contact and interested in Agriculture.

8. Sending a message is as easy as sending an SMS through your smart phone. Your one single message reaches to all the prospects in the selected category.

I] Customer Support:Make a call to the customer support team directly through the app.

Customer support feature is user friendly and allows you to directly make a call to our customer support team with just one tap, without having to dial the actual phone no. in your phone book.

J] SettingsSet your preferences in terms of notification timings and type of notifications you would like to receive.

1. You can select the kind of alters you want to receive. Options- None, Important and All.

2. You can also select a period of the day when you would not like to receive any notifications. Say e.g. between 11 am to 6 pm.

3. You can also manage your categories of interest by tapping on ‘More Options’ mentioned at the bottom of the page.

The Settings option present on the upper bar helps you to manage the notifications and your interest categories, etc. in the following ways-

4. Here, you can select from the bellows-a) Club Netsurf Achievers: Notifies once a distributor

from your downline achieves Club Netsurf

b) New Content: Notifies when any new content in the media library is uploaded.

c) New Cycle Commencement: Notifies when every new cycle is commenced.

d) New Distributor Login: Notifies when a new distributor is logged in your downline

e) Payout Release: Notifies when the payout is released.

Set your preferences in terms of notification timings and type of notifications you would like to receive.
