    1. What is iCafe Manager?iCafe Manager is an Easy-to-use Complete Cyber Cafe Management software that is free of cost!

iCafe Manager is used in 20,000 Cyber Cafes in over 350 Cities across the world. Rich set of features help you in managing your Internet Cafe with ease and efficiency, freeing you from

    monitoring and administrative tasks.

Enables your Cafe to comply with the new rules for Cyber Cafes under the IT Act 2011. Recommended by State Police Departments across India. User Registration feature in iCafe Manager prevents misuse of your Cafe and helps in contributing to national

    security and overcoming terrorist threats.

iCafe Manager is a Client-Server application and is made up of two parts the Server and the Client Terminals.

1.1.ServerThe iCafe Manager application is managed from the server, and all its features and functions are available on the server

screen. It is possible to perform all tasks such as viewing the Status of the Client Terminals; viewing and managing Rate

Plans, Customer Information, Products, and Services; editing the Application Settings; viewing various Reports; and

    obtaining Help on all features.

1.2.Client TerminalThe iCafe Manager client is the computer Terminal at which the user logs in to surf the internet. All client terminals

connect to the iCafe Manager server and are monitored and controlled from there. The clients lockdown screen

prevents unauthorized users from logging in to the terminal, thus providing security for your Cafe.

    Desktop

The iCafe Manager Client screen is called the iCafe Manager Desktop.

In addition to the regular desktop, it has Google Search, News, Movies, Cricket scores, links to popular anduseful websites, and exciting offers for your cafe users.

It also provides shortcuts to frequently used applications on the computer such as various messenger services, internet browsers, My Computer, My Documents and My Network Places.

It prevents users from changing the terminals settings or deleting shortcuts. These features reduce your maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.

oDeep FreezeFaronics Deep Freeze is an application that freezes your computer settings so that any changes made to it will not

be permanent. This protects the computer from many problems such as viruses and incorrect driver

configurations. If such a problem occurs, simply rebooting the system immediately restores it to the state it was in

    when last frozen.

Note: During auto updates, iCafe Manager prompts the cafe administrator to thaw the terminal if it is in a frozen state in

order to continue with the update.
