You enter into a bindingcontract with Canva whenyou use the service unlessyou're under 13, you're notallowed.

Canva grants you license to use the service, it is however:

- non-exclusive- granted with limitations- unable to be transferred- completely revokable at any time.


What can you do with your user content?

It can be used for:- School or university projects- Social media- Backgrounds for your device or desktop- Webpages, blogs and videos- Books and some other print stuff.

But if you pay (get the appropriate license) you can do a little more...

There are restriction....


There are some things you just cannot do under anylicense such as use any of the stock media as part of atrade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name,service mark, or logo.


All stock media is protected by the U.S. and Internationalcopyright laws and treaties.

All rights, interests and title,including all copyrights are ownedby Canva and it's contributors.

You shall be solely responsible foryour user content and Canva will notbe liable if you breach any laws.

You retain ownership of your user content however where you

create content that includes stock media all rights will continue

to be owned by Canva or it's contributors.

Canva can keep track of your designs and will retaindetails of your exported designs for an indefinite period.


Your account can beterminated at any timewithout notice

Canva can also change the service,stop providing it, limit it or change itsfeatures without prior notice.

Licenses can be changed whenever they like.


While Canva will do its best to protect your informationyou use the service at your own risk.


By using the service you agree to have your personal information collected,used and transferred.

Your data is collected using:- cookies- log file information- clear gifs.

The data collected about you is used to customise and personalise theservice, analytics, fix technical problems and provide advertising.

Also collected is your device information, location data and information if youlog in using a third party.

Canva will not rent or sell your information though theymight share it with their business partners or if thebusiness is sold your data including your user contentmay be sold with it.

There are things you can control through your account settings andby refusing cookies but this may affect some features.



With so many websites andinformation available on theinternet everyone is lookingfor that point of difference,the detail and visualelements that will get yourattention.
