Before step 1 make sure, you can access the internet.

1. Go to www.libnat.com, and log into Agent Services.

2. Go to Worksite E-APP and click on Download Instructions.

3. Click on the .Net Framework 1.1 link.

7. In the License Agreement box click on the “I agree” option.

8. Click on the Install button.
