Introduction to Realist Training Outline:
To start with a property in MLS
1. Find the property in MLS
2. Go to DETAIL tab
3. Select the REALIST TAX SEARCH tab
4. You receive a simple report with a lot of detailed information
• To start with a property you can’t find in MLS – or never has been listed
5. On the dashboard, click on the TAXES tab, select REALIST TAX SEARCH
6. On the QUICKSEARCH tab, enter address, owner, tax parcel number
7. On the QUICKSEARCH tab, enter what you are searching for
8. Select from the resulting list
9. Select by unchecking properties you do not want & selecting VIEW
REPORTS, or click on property
10.You receive a simple report as the result with a different format

you require, then click OK
