Our chefs come to us with prestigious realworld experience and firstrateeducations. We're led by Executive Chef John Eisenhart, who's been with us sinceMarch of last year. A native of Omaha and a graduate of the California CulinaryAcademy, John's trajectory is inspiring. Sous chef at Mario Batali's Bappo in NewYork. Sous chef at The Heathman Restaurant in Portland and eleven years asexecutive chef at Pazzo Ristorante.
Kimberely Supple, Pastry Chef
A Springfield, Missouri native, our talented pastry chef has developed and honedher skills over the last 15 years at some terrific establishments: The Nines Hotel,Southpark, Rocket and Andina. Chef Kimberley was named Nel Centro pastrychef in August of 2015. Do not miss her Brandied Pear Bread Pudding.
