Duties include planning and execution of routine, preventive, predictive and break down maintenance; Instrument loop checking and calibration duties all back to Honeywell TDC 3000 using GUS, Yokogawa ESD and ICS triplex fire and gas systems. I complete my Instrument Technician apprenticeship in February 2000. Again training was supported by Block release / Onsite assessment from Otley FE collage Norwich where I gained qualification up to City and Guilds Level 3 in Instrumentation Engineering. During this time my duties included field Loop checking and work shop bench calibrations of a large range of old and new pneumatic/electronic Instrumentation, including Control valve & Positioner repair & overhauling, also assisting with light commissioning activities of new parts of the plant. Utilizing MAXIMO Maintenance system for planning and execution of routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of all Separation Plant and Fiscal Gas metering Instrumentation.
