This is the oldest brewery on the tour and proud to say, still going strong. The Brew Master will take guests on a tour of the brewery where they will discover the secrets that have kept this brewing company one of Toronto’s favourites for years. VAUDEVILLE AND AFTERNOON TEA Wednesday, June 3 and Thursday June 4, 2015 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

The Vaudeville era not only provided audiences with memorable performances, but it left a legacy of a breathtakingly beautiful theatre complex. Today’s program will take your guests on an exciting journey back to the opulence of the 1920’s as you visit two of Toronto’s magnificently restored vaudeville houses ... the Elgin Theatre & Winter Garden Theatres. Designed by the world-renowned Scottish born architect Thomas Lamb, these theatres once featured famous vaudeville and silent movie entertainers including Mary Pickford and even Archie Leach - also known as Cary Grant! Almost lost to the fast paced growth of Toronto, these monuments to the Vaudeville era have been painstakingly restored to their original splendour. The historic Elgin & Winter Garden

Theatres is the last operating double-decker theatre complex in the world, containing two separate Edwardian theatres. The elegant Elgin Theatre is located on the street level but the true treasure is the rooftop Winter Garden located immediately above. As the doors open to the Winter Garden, visitors feel as if they have stepped into a secret fantasy garden as they view the magnificent hand painted walls of trailing vines and flowers and breathtaking decor. After the doors closed in 1928, this hidden jewel remained forgotten until it was purchased and its restoration began in 1987. Upon arrival, the group will be taken on a guided tour of the restored theatres beginning with the Elgin Theatre followed by the Winter Garden Theatre.

Following the tour of theatres, participants will experience a delicious King's Afternoon Tea at the Omni King Edward Hotel. The Omni King Edward Hotel has hosted visitors for over a century, and to this day remains a hallmark of luxury and comfort. With its rich history and old world’s charm, sprinkled with modern amenities and elegant décor, this hotel pays homage to a proud history as the city’s first luxury hotel. Devonshire cream, finger sandwiches, fresh berries and cream, pastries and petit fours, and more than 20 select teas from around the world.

NIAGARA REGION Sunday, May 31, Monday June 1, Tuesday June 2 and Wednesday June 3, 2015 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Niagara Falls is undeniably one of the most incredible wonders of the world. Novelist Charles Dickens wrote, “Niagara was at once stamped upon my heart, an image of beauty, to remain there changeless and indelible.” For today’s excursion we will take you to some of the Niagara regions finest attractions.

Your first stop in this wondrous region will be Hornblower Cruises. A historical ride aboard the boat is a half hour thrill of a lifetime! The cruise starts off at a calm part of the Niagara River and takes its passengers past the American and Bridal Veil Falls, then into the dense mist of spray inside the curve of the Horseshoe Falls.

Lunch will take place at Elements Restaurant which overlooks the Falls and has absolutely spectacular views. You will then journey along the Niagara Parkway, which will provide you with an opportunity to view the impressive Niagara Gorge, with its swirling whirlpool rapids, pass by the world's largest floral clock and sites of the famous Battle of Queenston Heights between the British and the Americans during the war of 1812 before arriving to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Your first stop here will be Niagara-on-the-Lake, a charming 19th century town, is full of lush parks and gardens, historic

sites, award-winning wineries and some of Canada's finest Victorian architecture. There will be time to explore the area before boarding the coach to one of the region's wineries.

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a spectacular oasis for wine lovers. This is a community of wineries with individual personalities, as distinctive as the wines they create. Each winery has its own unique story: from the sleekness of glass and steel to the warmth of stone and wood, Niagara-on-the-Lake's wineries are expressions of their diverse personalities. We will visit one of the wineries for a tour and tasting. Behind the doors to each winery you will find friendly staff, stylish and relaxed tasting rooms and a wide range of wines to sample. Relax and experience the life of a winery. Sample rare vintages, special Reserves, new releases, or small batch specialties—many only available at the wineries. Take a tour behind the scenes.

STRATFORD FESTIVAL - THE SOUND OF MUSIC Tuesday June 2, 2015 9:30 am - 10:00 pm

With William Shakespeare as its foundation, the Stratford Festival aims to set the standard for classical theatre in North America. Embracing our heritage of tradition and innovation, we seek to bring classical and contemporary theatre alive for an increasingly diverse audience. For more than half a century, our mission has evolved to address the ever-changing, ever-challenging Canadian cultural landscape. What has remained constant, however, is our determination to create stimulating, thought-provoking productions of Shakespeare’s plays, to examine other plays from the classical repertoire, and to foster and support the development of Canadian theatre practitioners. By searching Canada and the world for the finest talent, and by providing the conditions and training that enable those artists to achieve their most courageous work, we will immerse our audiences in a theatregoing experience that is not only innovative, entertaining and unsurpassed anywhere in the world, but also deeply relevant to, and reflective of, their lives and communities. This afternoon's/evening's performance will be the ever popular Sound of Music in the stunning Festival Theatre. The Festival Theatre began in 1953 as a tent standing over a wooden thrust stage which was surrounded on three sides by the audience. Having gone through a number of changes, the central and still the most important feature of the Stratford Festival is the Festival Theatre, and at the heart of that theatre is the remarkable thrust stage still known to artists and staff simply as the “Festival stage.” More than anything else, it is that stage that has given the Festival its unique and enduring character.

It remains the place to go if you have only one meal to eat in Stratford and want it to be a spectacular experience. - Opening its' doors as a restaurant in 1975, the Revival House Stratford (previously the Revival House Stratford) has been a tradition in dining ever since. The philosophy of this establishment is quite clear; treat each ingredient with respect, treat each guest with sincerity, understand the vision and execute flawlessly. The dedication to local and organic produce is an important focus of The Revival House Stratford. Quality is not negotiable.

In fact, should a fantastic ingredient present itself without notice, the kitchen is devoted to optimizing the opportunity while spontaneously indulging in a new addition to the menu! Per person price of tour includes: Transportation, full commentary, ticket to The Sound of Music, lunch, tour guide and all taxes........................................................................................................................... $290.00 Canadian
