ENERGY MEDICINEEnergy Medicine focuses on the energetic communications and processes that support the body’s chemistry. When there is stagnation of energy flow in the body, we are more likely to develop disease, just like when there is no movement or flow of water in a pond; it creates a favorable environment for bacteria and fungi to grow. In this class you will learn how to assess the way the energy flows in your body and how to make corrections if needed. You will be able to test yourself or others to see if a food or supplement makes you strong or weak and how to stimulate your energy flow using simple Chi Gong exercises including Meridian Tapping. We will end with a wonderful mudra that helps calm our minds, hearts and physical bodies. Instructor, Mona Beesley. Northwood Middle School • Min.5/Max.20
