Role & Responsibilities

Operations -

Head the Mall Operations of BB Mall as a General Manager – Responsible for Corporate Communication, Admin, Operations, CRM, Petty Cash, Vendor Management & Inventory (Supply Chain Management) & Facility Management, Branding & Marketing of the Mall.

Responsible for all kind of corporate communications related to our MD.

Responsible for all Clients queries handled by the executive’s team in the Mall.

Responsible for Mall tenant queries related to their Daily needs. Responsible for Monthly MIS of the Mall in terms of Invoices of the

clients (Rent, Maintenance & Others), heads the CRM profile. Make the P& L report of the Mall on Monthly Basis and send to

Accounts for Audit. Take care of Petty Cash for the company daily needs.

Responsible for the Vendor Management, verification of vendor bills & their timely payment & also authorize to hire right vendor as per the requirement.

Responsible for the Inventory of the Building, take care of Supply of goods & Room Inventory of the Building. Take care of Supply Chain Management.

Authorize to do hiring as per the requirement, decide and approve the payroll level wise...

Maintain the Operations Report, Renewal Report, Occupancy Report & Client Agreement details report on monthly basis and & send it to the Director.

Responsible for the building maintenance & all facility related work. Responsible for maintaining a very high standard of housekeeping &

hygiene, maintenance of all office equipment include records of AMCs.

Responsible for PR & PO authorization of all the services i.e. Stationery, Pantry, Automation, Interiors & IT.

Responsible for keeping track of rent & Builder buyer agreements, payments of rents against the Invoices and renewal of respective rent Agreements.

Marketing & Legal-

Head the Marketing and Branding of the Mall, responsible to market retail areas to retail brands & also responsible for Lease & Outright purchase market of the Building.

Responsible to make Builder Buyer & Lease agreements of the clients; also take care of their Legal matters related to the Mall Operations. Responsible for the renewal of the Agreements & their Full & Final at the time of vacation.

Responsible to check Weekly & Monthly Marketing Report of the team & send the same to our respective Director.

Give Marketing updates to all the team members as per the new marketing agenda to increase the marketing portfolio.

Take care of the Branding in terms of advertisement of the mall with the media prospective.

Worked with Universal Group (Real Estate) from Nov. 15th 2007 to till March 31st 2014 in Gurgaon (Haryana).

Role & Responsibilities

Operations -

Head the Universal Business Centre as a HOD – Responsible for the Business Centre Operations (Admin, Operations, CRM, Vendor Management, Petty Cash and Facility & Marketing of the Business Centre).

Responsible for all corporate communication related to the Business Centre.

Responsible for IT Operations of the Business Centre with the help of Network Engineer in terms of Lease Lines, EPABX & Wi-Fi connectivity as per the Clients requirement.

Responsible for all Clients queries handled by the executive’s team in the Business Centre.

Responsible for Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS of the Business Centre in terms of Invoices of the clients (Rent, SMC, Parking & Others) &their usage of services (Pantry, Stationery, Handyman, Automation, IT, Meeting Rooms, Secretarial Assistance & Call Charges (EPABX) etc.) .

Make the P& L report of the Business Centre on Monthly Basis and send to Accounts for Audit. Decide the Payroll for the Business Centre Account Managers as per the requirement. Handle Petty cash of the Business Centre.

Maintain the Operations Report, Renewal Report, Occupancy Report & Client Agreement details report on monthly basis and & send it to the Directors.

Admin & Facility – Head the Room Inventory in terms of the materials placed in all

Suites. Take care of the Supply of all kind of goods related to the Business Centre. Responsible for the Inventory & the Supply

Chain management. Take Care of Vendor Management (verifications, budgeting,

negotiations, service level agreements drafting and finalization) of the Business Centre in terms of IT, Automation, Courier, Pantry, EPABX and other Business Centre Vendor work related to interiors.

Responsible for maintaining a very high standard of housekeeping & hygiene, maintenance of all office equipment include records of AMCs.

Responsible for PR & PO authorization of all the services i.e. Stationery, Pantry, Automation, Interiors & IT.

Responsible for hotel & travel bookings & event management. Responsible for keeping track of rent agreements, payments of rents

against the Invoices and renewal of respective rent Agreements.

Recruitments for Facility Management - Do Recruitments for Admin, CRM & Operations role as per the

Job Profile have given by the Management. Take care of Housekeeping & Security (VIVA) Operations of the

Business Centre, take care of their payroll structure & also do the recruitments, if required.

Marketing & Legal-

Head the Marketing and Branding of the Business Centre, market ready to move office space of the Universal Business Centre & also responsible for Lease & Outright purchase market of the Building.

Make the Agreement of the Business Centre for the New Clients; also take care of their Legal matters related to the Business Centre. Responsible for Edit & renewal of the Business Centre Agreements & there Full & Final at the time of vacation.

Responsible for Weekly & Monthly Marketing Report & send the same to our respective Directors.

Give Marketing updates to all our employees, so they can ready the suits with all the Room Inventory documents & welcome kit for signing and receiving.

Take care of the Branding of the Business Centre Marketing with multi corporate i.e. Ad global, Sage, Face book, Twitter, Linked inn etc.

Take care of Event management as per the Clients portfolio, create event concepts & make the Budget as per their requirement.

Trainer

Make the Training Manuals related to the Business Centre Operations i.e. Personality Development, IT & Automation, EPABX, Operations Management & Business Centre Marketing, Vendor Management, Room & stock Inventory& time to time give training to the new joiners and existing as per the new updates.

Miscellaneous
