The citizen-centric work we do at PMU is its biggest advantage from an
employees point of view since it provides the satisfaction which seems to elude us
in practically any other job. The satisfaction at the end of the day is something no
private sector job can offer.
Deepak Singla, Consultant(MBA, ISB Hyderabad)
In the private sector I could have never got an opportunity to work on projects on
such a scale. Here I have a chance to change the way the country works- to be a
part of the change instead of just criticizing from outside.
Anuj Bhati, Consultant(MBA, IIMA)
I have the privilege of touching so many lives with the kind of work Im doing.

Consultant

Working here gives you a firsthand understanding of the internal functioning of
the government and a unique insight into its various facets which no other private
sector job can provide. The quality and diversity of experiences gained here is the
biggest motivating factor for me. I have attained a lot of exposure to projects and
programs of the government. I have gained the ability of conceptualizing different
policies and identifying issues within them through my work here. My jobexperience here has not only sharpened my analytical skills but has raised my
general level of exposure.
