Department had initiated the process of handshaking of ITIs with the nearest Industries of relative sector and joined hands through MoU for training of the specific need of industries. 2. Designing of specific module as per the need of Industries. 3. Sharing of Technological Know How and Donation of Machinery / Equipment. 4. Selected Trainees were trained in selective developed Training Modules. 5. The above factors would cut cost factors on Training of Skilled Manpower after recruitment, in turn Industries would get Industry ready Skilled Work Force from day one eliminating Transition Time. This would even retain the Skilled Workforce as they have been in the environment since inception of training. 6. To conclude the Flexi - MoUs addresses all the above mentioned missing links and will give a bonus of Employability and Self Employment in mass with efficiency. 1. Lack of latest technology and machinery / Equipment

1. Lack of Skilled Manpower for Industry specific need.

2. Lack of training to trainers (for industry specific need.)

Concept of Flexi Memorandum of Understanding

1. Easy availability of Skilled Manpower to the Industries. 2. To enhance the Skills of trainees to get Employment / Self Employment. 3. Designing of Module based Training as per Industry specific needs. 4. Optimum utilization of ITIs machinery and infrastructure. 5. To provide tailor made skilled manpower according to the need of Industries. 6. Improvement in physical infrastructure of ITIs by means of donation of machinery / equipment

from Industries. 7. Exposing the trainees to advance technology and on job floor training with the help of

Industries. 8. Trainers Training Program with the help of Industries. 9. The Flexi MoU is approved by the Government of Gujarat.
