Need A Quick, Easy, Convenient Way To Deposit A Check?

Well, Look No Further – HEFCU Has Deployed Mobile Check Deposit (MCD)!

Simply log into our app (for iPhone, go to the app store; for Android, visit the play store – then search for HEFCU Mobile) to utilize this convenient, handy feature.For first time users, you will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions for MCD in order to continue the session. Be sure to endorse each check with your signature, account number, and “for Mobile Deposit Only”. Please retain your deposited check for 60 days and then securely destroy it.Items deposited will not show in your account until after 6:00 pm daily processing completes.Processing days for MCD are Monday-Friday, with the exception of Federal holidays. Deposits made after the cutoff time of 4:00 pm will not show on your daily processing until the following day’s daily processing. Please be sure to enter in a valid email address as you will receive an email receipt once your deposit is submitted as well as when it is approved, adjusted, or rejected.

Holiday Club Account Maturity Notice

Holiday Club Accounts mature on October 1, 2016. The account balance will be available that morning in the members’ primary Savings Account. Holiday Club Accounts will automatically renew for next year with your next payroll deduction after October 1. New enrollments are always welcome.

As we begin to kick off the summer season I want to take this time to update you on some important events and initiatives HEFCU has underway:n On June 14th, a merger between Rancocas Federal Credit Union, based out of Willingboro, NJ, was voted upon and approved by the members of Rancocas FCU. Effective June 17th, HEFCU is pleased to welcome more than 500 new members to our credit union family. This exciting merger has added an additional branch location located at Lourdes Medical Center as well as access to new businesses and employer groups based out of Willingboro.n Our Mobile App has now been available for six months, and I am pleased to let you know that more than 400 members are taking advantage of this convenient tool to access their account information. Sign up today!n We have also launched our Mobile Check Deposit feature, available via our Mobile App. This simple and secure option allows you to remotely deposit a check using your smartphone; no more mailing in checks or stopping into the branch to make a check deposit! Members have already begun to take advantage of this FREE service.

Our members continue to value membership in their Credit Union by increasing deposits over 4.5% since December 2015. This incredible sign of support and loyalty will continue to enable qualified members access to money for a variety of creditworthy purposes, including Home Equity Loans, Personal Loans and Automobile Loans. This increase in deposits has already translated into HEFCU funding more than $3,800,000 in loans to members during the first five months of 2016.

Protect Yourself With Proof Of InsuranceIf you have received a letter requesting proof of insurance on your auto loan, we encourage you to act quickly. The terms of your loan contract require you to have comprehensive and collision insurance for the life of your loan and have the credit union listed as lien holder. Members

without proof of current insurance on file will have the cost of a Collateral Protection Insurance policy added to their monthly payment.

Briefly, Collateral Protection Insurance protects the credit union from uninsured loss should your vehicle be damaged or lost. However, it does not cover you and is no substitute for traditional insurance.

HEFCU uses a system to track and monitor the insurance status of our loans. If you have received a letter asking for proof of insurance, please send in your documentation as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
