Tree Climber SpecialistKeep tree climbers motivated and trained by giving them an industry credential. This will help companies verify, according to OSHA and ANSI Z133 guidelines, that they have given safety training to all employees according to their job description.

It also helps to verify that tree care crews understand basic safety concepts required to climb trees safely and are qualified to be a tree climber for tree care companies.

Instructor: Phillip Kelley Phillip Kelley is the current Operations Manager/ Lead Instructor for North American Training Solutions. He is a Certified Instructor for Tree Worker/Climber specialist, Aerial Rescue Technician, Line clearance tree trimmer, Electrical Hazard Awareness, Aerial Lift Specialist, Hazard Tree Assessment, Tree Dynamics and Integrated Risk Assessor, Advanced chainsaw safety cutting and felling techniques. Phillip is Past President of the Georgia Arborist Association, Head Technician of the Southern Chapter TCC, and Head Technician of the GAA TCC. He has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2000.

This workshop is being funded in part by the Arborist Safety Training

Institute.

Cancellation Policy: A refund, less a $10 administrative fee, will be given for all written requests postmarked by August 30, 2018. Requests received after that date will be reviewed by the NAA Board of Directors. In the unlikely event the training is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, your payment will be considered a donation to the NAA.
