Tentative Year 2 Plans

Community-wide activities Integrate the SSDCoP and High School Graduation Initiative

(HSGI) Host another 4 webinars in partnership with DOJ/STTAC on

salient topics Develop discussion guides and activities education and

justice leaders can use during task force meetings or regular staff meetings

Continue provision of resources and community call notes via website

Develop other products focused on identified needs Provide targeted TA based upon identified needs

Tentative Year 2 Plans

Targeted Activities Establish topical communities aligned with the topics

selected for the quarterly webinars—one of which would focus on high school graduation. Participants will identify common goals and focus on the

utilization and application of a variety of information and resources

Discussion foci would be collaboratively chosen based upon the common state and local level needs shared by the members

Participants will share experiences and provide timely feedback on resources and tools.

Targeted Activities (Cont’d) Facilitate peer-to-peer TA by connecting states that are in

the development and initiation stages of reform with those that are in advanced stages of reform

Provide proactive, targeted TA to sub-communities of states based upon state readiness and current stages of state-level reform efforts

Maintain a help desk function to respond to individual member requests made by telephone or e-mail.
