Recruited both high school 5A Colorado cross country State Champion Eli Hemming and 4A Colorado 400m/200m track State Champion to men’s 2013 team; Recruited 4:23 miler, 9:26 3200m Texas athlete Christian Culpepper to the 2014 squad—the fastest incoming freshman the program has ever committed (nephew of 3-time distance Olympian Alan Culpepper)

Recruitment Expertise. Experience recruiting both male/female in-state and out-of-state high school as well as junior college athletes for distance and sprints for 25 official visits & 19 unofficial visits per semester as a part-time employee
