Existing skills enhancement activities Starting from September 2005, CDMA RNP department of Huawei headquarter organizes the learning

of problem sheet together on Friday afternoon of each week at the department routine meeting.According to the feedbacks, the effect is perfect, sothe regional divisions are recommended to organizethe learning of problem sheet regularly.

The new technology training mainly covers EVDO coverage and capacity technology and toolsapplication based on the requirement of 3G network construction.
