• Environmental Hot Topics Joseph Starr In 2015 the General Assembly passed environmental legislation that affects
commercial real estate. In addition, the EPA attempted to make changes to the Clean Water Act that would also have a significant impact on how raw land can be developed. In this presentation, Starr discusses some of the changes to the environmental rules and how they could affect your real estate practice.
