Discover Nature Coast
Dear ones,
Last week Mariah Carey produced a short video engaging our cultural debate we have each year: "When is it tooearly to start celebrating (decorations / music) Christmas? Carey appears with a peppermint baseball bat and
smashes a pumpkin (Halloween is over) and then says "It's time!!". Her Christmas hit "All I want for Christmas isYou" immediately hit the top 50 the first week of November and of course she is releasing a new Christmas
single November 5th (today).
You know me. I really don't care one way or the other, but it did remind me that it is always time to celebrate thegoodness of God . That is what we at Nature Coast are planning to do Friday evening December 3rd with ourannual Gala. Please, Please mark that date! What is our annual Gala? It is time we look back (this time 2 yearsdue to COVID) and celebrate Christ's goodness and kindness to Nature Coast. We dress up! We celebrate! We
reflect in wonderment as to all that God has done even in the midst of COVID here at Nature Coast. This week Istarted to write down all that God has been doing at Nature Coast and one piece of paper was not enough!
MARK THE DATE! It's free. The meal will be great! The evening will be fun! You all are part of God's goodness to
celebrate! The theme this year will be "I'll be home for Christmas". The church will be transformed into aChristmas wonderland. I can't wait. I agree with Mariah! It's TIme, It's always time to celebrate the goodness and
grace of God ! DECEMBER 3RD!!
