Plants, animals and people are

living things.

Plants need water.

Plants need soil.

Plants need air.

Plants need sunlight.

Plants have got roots.

Plants have got a stem.

Plants have got leaves.

•First, the seed grows into a plant.

•Next, the plant feeds.

•It needs soil, water, air and sunlight.

•Then, the plant reproduces.

•A new plant grows.

•Finally, the plant dies.

Many plants have got flowers or fruits.

Seeds are inside the fruits.

Many seeds. One seed.

Watermelon Kiwi Peach Plum

Wild plants grow in many places.

Nobody looks after them.

We grow plants at home.

Farmers grow crops.

We need to look after them.

We grow plants for food,

decoration and wood.
