Here at the Natural Health Spa we are known for our personal approach. We have 3 treatment rooms, a swimming pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub. We believe each person is unique and has different needs. Before each treatment a personal consultation is carried out to ensure that you get the best out of your treatment.

GELeration Removal and Nourishment 45 mins £30 GELeration polish will be professionally soaked off without damaging the nails and oils applied to finish. Please note: only Jessica’s own GELeration brand can be removed with this treatment.

GELeration Removal and Re-application 90 mins £55 Have your GELeration colour soaked off and a new one applied along with a full manicure.

Please note that GELeration polish must be professionally soaked off (further information on this will be given during the treatment) and a natural nail is essential for applying the gel. Please state when booking if you already have any type of Gel on. Please note: we do not remove gel overlays or acrylics.

Waxing and Tinting

a professional spray tan that’s good for you

Sienna X spray tanning gives a gorgeous, natural-looking tan Full body 40 mins £26 without the inherent dangers of skin damage that can result Half body 30 mins £18 from over exposure to UVA/B rays, letting you look stunningly tanned all year round.

Before your Spray Tan • Exfoliate at least 24 hours before the spray tan, with special attention to elbows, knees and hands • Wax or shave at least 24 hours before the spray tan • Do not moisturise before the spray tan or put on deodorant • Do not wear makeup or jewellery • Wear loose clothing • Please note that the tan needs 8 hours to fully develop before you can shower

Preparation for your treatment For all massage treatments please allow at least one hour prior to treatment following food and alcohol. Ladies and gentleman are required to wear appropriate underwear during all treatments. Hotel guests may use the robes provided in the bedroom when visiting the spa. Please note that wet swimwear is not acceptable in the spa; please shower before your treatment and we recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment to relax in our spa reception.

Aftercare We recommend that you drink plenty of water after treatments. Also to enhance effectiveness, any oils or lotions used during treatment should not be showered off for as long as possible. Should you wish to swim in the pool following an oil based treatment, please shower beforehand.

Pamper Days For pamper day visitors robes, towels and slippers are provided for your use during the day. Our pamper days start from 9am and you can stay until 6pm.

Confidentially A consultation is carried out before every treatment. All information is strictly confidential. The treatment time stated allows time for the compulsory consultation. Please note that treatment time is maximum duration of the treatment. Please be advised that late showings for treatment will deprive you of your treatment time. Your appointment will end as originally scheduled as a courtesy to the next client.

Respecting other spa users Please respect other clients and keep noise in the spa to a minimum, please refrain from using a mobile phone in the spa area.

Age requirement We don’t have an age requirement at the spa, but if a child under the age of 16 would like spa treatments then we will require a parental signature.

Cancellations We do require at least 24 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise we regret that a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellations on group bookings over 4 people need to give 48 hours notice or we regret that a 50% charge will be incurred.

Reservations We recommend making bookings in advance, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple treatments during your stay. We invite you to advise us of any special requirements when making your reservation.
