- established to prepare Road Map for developing official statistics for SDGs under

CES

Switzerland (co-chair), United States (co-chair), Canada, Denmark, France, Germany,

Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland,

Russian Federation, Sweden, Turkey, Eurostat and OECD.

UNECE acts as its Secretariat.

- Inventory of Global set of SDG indicators within the

system of NSC (101 indicators exist)

- International conference “Introduction of the national

monitoring system for SDGs”

Experience of the NSC in monitoring of

strategic programs

Regular monitoring of national development programs (SDC, ТЫКЗ)

partially including MDH indicators

In 2013г. NSC approved system of indicators for monitoring of the

National strategy of sustainable development including MDGs

Strategy for Development of Statistics for 2013-2017гг. Includes

activities related to monitoring of NSSD and development of SD

indicators

Interaction with state agencies/ ministries, international

organizations and civil society (preparation of national reports,

MDG repots etc).

MDG monitoring

Kyrgyz signed to MDGs in 2000 and NSC was assigned to

prepare statistical database for MDG monitoring

Within the Program of statistical works (annual), the

NSC annually assigned for maintaining of the Monitoring

of MDG indicators (45 out of 53).

Established MDG database with methodological

reference to indicators (since 1990) including gender

disaggregation.
