Dylan Alcott OAM - Not many people can lay claim to being a Paralympic gold medallist and world champion while still being in their teenage years. Then again, there aren’t many people like Dylan Alcott. Dylan, a dual sport athlete, has represented Australia on the international stage in both wheelchair basketball and wheelchair tennis since the age of 13.

Derrick McManus, Building Confidence, Courage, Capability & ResilienceDerrick McManus was an Australian Police Sniper, Diver and Counter-Terrorist operative when he was shot 14 times in less than 5 seconds, lying on the ground for three hours before he could be rescued. Doctors don’t know how he survived and predicted he would never return to work. Derrick has now developed a world first philosophy of ‘Durability of Human Performance’, which goes well beyond resilience. Derrick’s distinction between resilience and durability is so significant that the School of Psychology; University of South Australia is collaborating with him in research.

Kevin Sheedy coached Essendon for a record 635 games during 27 years of continuous coaching. In that time the club competed in 19 finals series. He then moved on to coach Greater Western Sydney. Kevin’s success ratio as a coach is 61.0%: 386 wins, 242 losses and seven draws. In finals, he won 23 games and lost 20. During his time at Essendon, the club competed in seven Grand Finals, winning flags in 1984, 1985, 1993 and 2000. The club also won six of eight night Grand Finals in which it competed.

CancellationsAn administration fee of 10% will be deducted from any refund payable due to cancellations prior to 1st August 2017.No refunds for cancellations after 1st August will be made, however, a substitute delegate is welcome.
