Wild Card Entries

In addition to the 12 alpacas featured in this catalogue up to two wild card entries may be off ered to Champions, and subsequently Reserve Champions, at the National Show 2012. Nominations will be subject to the same inspection standards as the original entries. Nomination of any wild card entries close at 7pm on Saturday 27th October and acceptance is at the sole discretion of the selection panel.

TTCTPP has an amazing strong frame and is always the fi rst in the paddock to catch your eye. When you open her up your breath is taken by her exquisite fl eece characteristics. Outstanding fi neness, density and consistency over her frame and into her head are the attributes that make you want to make her yours. Only shown twice in her career she was awarded 1st at both shows including the National 2010. She sits comfortably at present in the maternity paddock await-ing her fi rst cria any day now. Th e sire of this cria is our new boy on the block, Timbertop Incognito from Wyterrica Propaganda and an elite black female by Timbertop Th e Scud. Spellbind is out of EP Cambridge Sculptress, an Australian National Champion junior female, herself by “Sire of International Sires” Jolimont COMMISARIO and one of EP Cambridge’s top 3 females, Jolimont Martana who maintains a 20.3 micron count at 14 years of age.

Spellbind’s sire Spartacus was awarded the Sires’ Progeny Champion at the 2009 AAA National Show.

Th e name is most apt, and sums up her exceptional quality. Gold Class was the only darker coloured alpaca to make the Championship lineup at the 2012 Sydney Royal Show, and she has been a repeated winner of Best Dark Fawn in Show.

She displays a stylish fl eece with advanced fl eece qualities, showing high frequency and deep amplitude crimp, which encourages the fi bres to align in regimented and clearly defi ned staples. Th e fl eece is even in colour and quality over her entire body .

She is a descendant of the highly awarded Purrumbete Echo line, that has produced many of the Ambersun Champions. With the added genetic contribution of Peruvian Auzengate and Jolimont Warrior, her superior qualities seemed inevitable.

Auction Information

• The auction will commence at 1pm on Sunday 28th October 2012.

• Alpacas off ered for sale will be available for inspection at the venue on Sunday 28th October from 10am to 12.15pm.

• A bidder’s number system will apply and prospective purchasers must register prior to the commencement of the auction.

• Prospective purchasers should consider National and State health protocols for the movement of alpacas. It is recommended they contact their respective government departments.

• All alpacas listed in this catalogue have been inspected by Wendy Billington. Bidders intending to export their purchases should satisfy themselves that the animal/s in question meet any requirements set by either the country of destination and/or their own association.

• Fleece samples taken at the time of inspection have been tested by Micron Man Pty Ltd (WA).

• Terms of payment are strictly cash in accordance with the Australian Livestock & Property Agents Livestock Auction Terms & Conditions of Sale. Delivery is upon full payment of the purchase price.

• Transport and insurance representatives will be available to discuss your needs.

• GST will be payable by Australian resident purchasers at the rate of 10% over and above the “knockdown price” or when purchased by a non resident if the alpaca/s are to remain in Australia for longer than 60 days on each and every lot sold.

• Any required agistment or special arrangements should be agreed with the respective vendor prior to the auction.

• Interested parties are advised to contact vendors directly for pre-auction inspections and any additional information.
