She has lead teams during the transition from block funding to individual funding under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and has supported the implementation of quality and sustainable service models in therapy, group and individual supports.
Commencing her career as a social educator, working with people with dual diagnosis and mental health together with their support systems, Lyudmyla has developed compassion and understanding of challenges that many people experience in the everyday lives, this enabled her to deliver on customer and program outcomes.
