Final Round Experience
Finalist teams work in hotel rooms and present their pitchbooks in the boardrooms of sponsoring banks

Boardroom Presentations (Sponsor Offices)
8 teams will present in each boardroom with seasoned bankers
adjudicating the presentations. The top teams will be advanced
to the semi-final round held the following day at the hotel.

Competitors will have an opportunity to network with judges
after the boardroom presentation with food & drinks being
served in the hotel ballroom throughout the evening.
Wine & Cheese and Gala Dinner Final Round
Over 100 professionals will be attending the Wine & Cheese
and Gala Dinner including the Keynote Fireside Chat. A panel
of managing directors will be adjudicating the top 4 teams
presenting at Final Round.

Instructions & Briefing (Hotel, 9-10:00pm)
Case Resolution (Hotel)
Each finalist team is given 6-8 hours to prepare a pitchbook
working in a dedicated hotel room. Teams will be provided with
a scenario-enabled financial model, datasets and charts.
Panels & Deal Presentations
Senior executives will be sharing insights on marquee deals in
addition to investment banking and private equity
professionals taking questions from competitors.
