How to run Learning Set meetings

• each set member in turn presents an issue • colleagues help the set member to explore their

issue, clarify the issue and explore the assumptions or barriers that surround it

• the use of reflective questioning and co-coaching methods with the aim of helping each member review, analyse, and see their issue from different points of view

• the group works with the set member to generate ideas and potential solutions

• time is left at the end to reflect on what has been learned about the issue and the process of learning that has taken place
