Museum Education Members are: Younger. 53% are under 40, compared to NAEA as a whole
where only 38% are under 40. Newer to the field. 47% have less than 10 years of
experience, 74% have less than 20 years. (For NAEA as a whole, the proportion is opposite—60% have 20 or more years of experience)
Satisfied. 87% would recommend NAEA to a colleague. Room for improvement. Only 29% said you are very satisfied. Primary reasons for joining:
