NAT MCH WEB CONFIGURATION

Procedure
1. Go to Start Control Panel Open Net Work and Sharing Center
2. Click on “Change Adapter Setting”, then right click on “Local Area Connection” . Then select “Properties”

3. Click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4)”, then click on “Properties”.
4. Click on “Use the following IP Address” and change IP to “192.168.1.40” and Subnet 255.255.252.0 then click ok Note: NAT MCH Default Setting: ================================ TCP/IP Configuration: nat0 interface configuration: IP Address : 192.168.1.41 IP Net Mask : 255.255.252.0 IP Broadcast : 192.168.1.255 IP Gateway : 0.0.0.0 Boot String : 0xd0100008 =================================

5. Connect Ethernet cable from LAPTOP to Gbe1 (NAT MCH PHYS) 6. Open a web browser, type >>http:// 192.168.1.41<< User: (ask Shantha). Password: (ask Shantha).
Configuration and Checking System
1. Click on “Base Configuration” to check the configuration and make changes. Refer to “Configuration NAT MCH” document.

2. It’s important that you should set the MCH to NAT factory default setting before configure the MCH. Note: If MCH has been configured in a 7-slot chassis then not all 12 AMCs have check mark on “PCIe virtual Switch”. Also not always AMC1 is the upstream AMC.
