Organizations want diversity, but seek conformance
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business
development or internet services software
consulting/sales with total experience of 10 to 12
years in Sales;
• Exceptional leadership skills and community
building;
• Exceptional decision-making, conflict resolution,
negotiation skills, and follow-through;
• Results driven; strong analytical skills with
exceptional verbal and written communication;
• BS/BA degree, MBA preferred
