Pumps: Experience to work for different types of pump erection, and knows the rim and

face, reverse and laser alignment .sound knowledge of disassembly and assembly part of

pump; perform work for preventive maintenance periodically, can able to take data of

Vibration, noise, temperature, pressure discharge, ampere and flow rate ; replaced oil , refill-

up oil and add oil or grease, understanding of reading engineering drawing .

Compressor of compressor. : Experience to work for different types of compressor

erection and also able for trouble shooting, disassembly and assembly part of compressor.

Perform work for preventive maintenance periodically, replaced oil refill-up oil and add oil or

grease, and etc. understanding of reading engineering drawing / design data sheet, blinding

for isolate activity. Perform work for overhauling.

BLOWER : Experience in Supervising erection of package and various type of Rotating equipment such as pump, blower, compressor, static equipment such as Column, vessel reactor, cold box, different type of heat exchangers, Air fin cooler Module.

Tower (Column) : Experience to install different types of trays, like valve trays, chimney

trays, demister pad.

Vessel and Tank: Experience to work for trouble shooting, disassembly and assembly part

of tank and vessel; perform work for inspection by CCTV (Bore scope), tools. Understanding

for removed and re-installed manholes, nozzles, understanding job for inside shell. Taken

data of visual and NDT inspection for wall thickness shell, upper shell, bottom shell,

manholes and nozzles; perform work for rectified of shell leaking and making report.

Understanding for blinding and de-blinding for isolate activity of heat exchangers like floating

head type, fixed type U type. Tube bundle removal and installation.

Conduct tool box meeting, distributed mechanical daily work order to mechanical members. Checking the TSTI and encouraging the subcontractor to do so.

Giving safety presentation, regarding SHE policies and procedures to contractor worker, insulator, painter, scaffolder.
