GAME DAY PROCEDURES 1. Check your team into the upcoming match on LeagueSpot. This can happen up to 30 minutes before

the start of the game, and can be done by the team captain or one of your organization’s managers. 2. The team captain will need to add the opponent team captain to their friend’s list. All players need to

make sure their username is listed on their LeagueSpot profile. a. Rocket League uses a lobby system in which you do not need to add your opponent.

Communicate the lobby details with your opponent over Discord. b. Madden requires you to add your opponent. Visit NASEF LeagueSpot page for their in-game

handle on their profile and use Discord to communicate as needed.

3. The team captain of the home team will then create the lobby and invite the opponent. Home team will be the team listed first on LeagueSpot (listed on top on mobile and on the left on desktop).

a. Rocket League: Play > Private Match > Create Private Match b. Madden: No team, contact opponent using Xbox, PS4 or Discord.

 4. The team captain of the away team will need to join the lobby and invite their teammates. Away team

will be listed second on LeagueSpot (listed on bottom on mobile and on the right on desktop). If you cannot establish communication with the opposing team, please notify administration.

a. Rocket League: Play > Private Match > Join Private Match (you will need lobby name and password)

b. Madden: Not applicable.

5. Ensure that the lobby settings are correct. This responsibility falls upon both players or team captains. Lobby settings can be found in the rules, located on the Tournament Checklist page.

6. After each game is played, the winner will report the score and submit the screenshot. Rinse and repeat this step until there is a winner.

RESCHEDULING USING LEAGUESPOT BOT Our NASEF Compete server now has the LeagueSpot Bot installed! Use it to reschedule matches, view your upcoming matches, ask questions and more.  Any additional rescheduling rules found in the NASEF tournament rulesets apply.  Account link requirements: For any user to use the LeagueSpot bot, they will need to have their discord account linked to their LeagueSpot profile. There's a button on the LeagueSpot profile page to link accounts.  Commands:  FAQ: !faq <question here>

● This command will allow any user to ask a question to the bot.  Nextmatch: !nextmatch

● A simple command that will tell any user when their next match is scheduled for. This command will only return a match that has a scheduled time associated with it, so if you have matches that don't have scheduled times, you'll need to schedule them before this bot will find them.

 Reschedule: !reschedule <leaguespot_match_link> <new date> <new time>  example:!reschedule https://blazer.leaguespot.gg/matches/027d8670-0c31-4595-aeaf-d9318615ec8f 9/15/2020 7:00PM ET

● This command will issue a reschedule command, as an embedded link, to the channel it was requested on. It will tag captains of each team to either accept or deny it using thumbs up or thumbs down reactions. Once both sides react positively (or a league host reacts once), then the match will be rescheduled on LeagueSpot.
