ABOUT:

Nascom Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Private Limited Company and part of the OysterGroup, the largest and most integrated telecom infrastructures company in Pakistan.

Nascom Construction (Pvt.) Ltd., part of the Oyster group, is an end to end provider oftelecom cell sites on turnkey basis, managing the process from site acquisition to finalintegration into the telecom system. The process entails acquisition, soil and structuralanalysis, site designs, NOC permissions from Government, EPA, CDA, DHA, Wapdapermanent connections, civil construction, supply and installation of towers, shelters,electrical works, RF equipment installation and commissioning. We have the resourcesto put more than 70 sites on air per month on full turnkey basis. This capacity is beingfurther enhanced to bring the overall productivity to 100 turnkey sites per month.

Nascom, the management arm, already has completed 850 Turnkey Site builds fromvarious GSM and Wi-Max companies and has proven itself to be the highest quality

contractor. Nascom has done all the work well ahead of time so far as per the requiredquality standards.

The Site build capacity has been made possible by the induction of professionalexpatriates and a complementing team of local engineers, technicians, riggers, TIexperts, acquisition personnel, analysts, designers, etc., backed up by a sound financialbase and led by a fully professional senior management with decades of experience.

The Oyster Group, in business for over thirty years, and recognizing the enormousbusiness potential of the Telecom Infrastructure business both in Pakistan andworldwide, has put together a horizontally as well as a vertically integrated network ofallied companies to manufacture, install, commission and integrate Cellular BTS, BSCand MSC sites all over Pakistan. Besides construction, myriads of products are alsosupplied to the telecom industry. Clients include Paktel, Warid, U-Fone, Telenor, Zong,Wi-Tribe, Siemens, Nokia, Nortel, Ericsson, Motorola, Huawei, Alan Dick, Le Blanc,Palmet, and many other smaller companies.Oyster's initial strategic aim was to achieve surplus capacity in the manufacture ofShelters, Towers, Fences, Distribution Boards, Sequencers, Cable Ladders, etc. for

export purposes after satisfying the local demand. The second target was to becomethe largest Turnkey Site build Contractor in the country. Both aims have beenaccomplished in a short period of less than two years where the Oyster Group hasemerged as the single largest Telecom Solutions Provider in Pakistan with the followingcompanies in its fold:
