Activities of Napra Forgó

Our activities are related to labour market processes and services, such as:

Labour market services for employers : HR counselling, organization background analysis workforce mediation, research and selection of personnel for enterprises for specific profiles sensitizing trainings, labour market trainings

Labour market services for job-seekers: information services, counselling, assessment of competences individual counselling, trainings for individuals and for groups workforce placement and monitoring Research and innovation activities: in collaboration with higher education institutions and in the frame of LLP projects in the frame of the EU project „Starting up a carrier” – we are developing an innovative experimental,

not-for-profit integrated model to support the employment of young people (including the disabled young) on the open labour market.

Business activities

we have our own innovative method of rehabilitation, named Napra Forgó Workteam modell.

we use this method in our integrated rehabilitation process of disabled people and for the labour market reintegration of other disadvantaged people.
