Cold Storage• Cold storage inventories higher than a year ago, primarily boneless breast

and wings• Leg quarter inventories down 39% from April 2015 to April 2016

Demand• Retail grocery demand remains strong• Casual dining traffic improved in 2015 (probably because of lower gasoline

prices)• Jobs, consumer confidence and macro economic conditions are the key
