What is Nano Energy-saving & Anti-UV Solution for Buildings ?

Many modern buildings today incorporate large amounts of glass facades and glass windows to increase natural light in the building. The major problem with using a large amount of glass to capture the sunlight, a large amount of heat is also transferred into the building and hence increasing the air temperature in the building. As a result the building load is increased and the mechanical systems must work harder to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Our company has introduced a ‘Nano Energy saving Anti-UV Solution’ that is a fully transparent heat-insulating material that reflects heat but allows natural sunlight to pass through all types of glass. This essentially will allow natural sunlight into the building to provide light but blocks out the natural heat produced from the sun, hence decreasing the building load that the building would normally experience on a hot sunny day. Its water-based Solvent nature makes it harmless to the environment and humans.

The Nano Energy Saving Solution works by combining nano metal oxide particles and special resin to form a transparent heat insulating coat, with high rejection IR & UV characteristics. When the ‘Nano Energy Saving Solution’ is sprayed onto any glass surface, it quickly solidifies in roughly 20 minutes and forms into a transparent heat insulation layer with a thickness of 8-10um. An external heating source is not required for the solution to solidify. This layer acts as a permanent layer to block outside heat and allow natural light through.It has been proven to be the most advanced transparent heat insulation coating for energy saving upgrading of normal glass, which can be widely used in building glass, vehicle and ship glass and synthetic glasses for heat insulation and energy saving.The solution can last up to 10 to 15 years .
