INTERNSHIP: Summer 2012 (May to June) - Website Development for Online Performance Appraisal Report at
BSNL Nagpur.
The project objective was to create a website which provided means for filling form and its correction
at two levels (by reporting officer and reviewing officer). The major tasks were form validation,
security of website and confidentiality. The website was created using WAMP technology.
Summer 2011 (May to June) – Application of Business Intelligence technology in global retail industry
at INFOCEPTS, Nagpur.
The internship introduced to concepts of data warehousing and business intelligence (reporting
essentials). I had to prepare SQL queries using MS ACCESS for sales analysis of the retail industry. I
also created reports using MICROSTRATEGY business intelligence tool which helps users to take
critical decisions by studying those reports.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACTIVITIES: All India Rank 9387 in All India Engineering Entrance Exam (AIEEE).
Among top 100 teams in IBM Web Technology Contest India 2011(Submitted an abstract based on
Centralized Health Care Solutions).
Won 2nd prize in Renewable Energy Event and 3rd prize in Design-o-circuit event (mobile operated
robot using DTMF technology) in technical festival AXIS’11, VNIT.
Orangized quiz competition in AXIS’10, VNIT and cultural event in AAROHI’10 VNIT.
